National School Psychology Week celebrates the contributions of school psychologists and the important role they play in schools and communities helping children thrive.
This year's theme, “Finding Your Path”, recognizes the ways that school psychologists take an active role in helping everyone in their communities determine paths to learning, growth, and overall well-being that meet their unique needs. We are deeply grateful for all the ways both big and small that Ms. Byrd and Mrs Seig help our students thrive in school, at home, and in life!

Homeless Liaison for Paducah Schools Heather Anderson and her assistant Katy Adreon read Paducah Board of Education proclamation recognizing November as Homeless Awareness Month. National Homeless Youth Awareness Month was first recognized in November 2007. Following that designation, November has been a time to support those kids and households encountering homelessness. It’s reasonably believed that as many as 2.5 million youths per year experience homelessness. 150 students in our school district have been identified as homeless.
