Paducah Tilghman students joined other high schools from the region on September 21 to learn more about careers in the marine industry at a "Who Works the Rivers?" program. The event, hosted by Riverworks Discovery, touches on careers in Maritime Commerce, Culture, and Conservation.

Tilghman wrestling coach Steffanie Hampton (center in the photo) is in Washington DC this week meeting with Kentucky legislators to discuss the importance of sanctioning women's wrestling in Kentucky. Thanks for representing Paducah Tilghman and women's wrestling, Coach Hampton!

Paducah Tilghman High School will host the West Kentucky College Expo Monday, September 19 from 5:30pm to 7:30 pm in the Paducah Tilghman High School Gymnasium.
The West Kentucky College Expo is an opportunity for area high school students to meet alumni and representatives from more than 50 colleges and universities.

Paducah Tilghman NJROTC cadets Landyn Burnett,Dontae Ellis-Maxwell and Preston Cruse were part of a Joint Color Guard with the SIU Air Force ROTC in the “Veterans on Parade” event in Marion, Illinois on September 9. Thanks for representing PTHS!


PTHS will host Back to School Night and the West Kentucky Regional College Expo on Monday, September 19 from 5:30-7:30 PM.
Everyone will start in the auditorium. Then families will have the opportunity to meet teachers and tour PTHS. Following the teacher meet and greet families can go to the Paducah Innovation Hub and Dinning gym to meet representatives from various trades, careers, military branches, and colleges from across the nation to help students start planning for their future.


PTHS will offer free ACT Preparation sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 13 to September 29 from 2:15 - 3:15 p.m. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
