Welcome to the Paducah Tilghman High School Health Clinic

Paducah Tilghman High School students and staff have access to primary care and counseling services on campus in a new clinic offered by Baptist Health and Four Rivers Behavioral Health.The phone number for the clinic is 270-444-5650 ext. 2346

The clinic will be open from 7 am to 3 pm on all school attendance days, and no appointments are needed. It is located on the second floor on the front hall.

A nurse practitioner and certified behavioral health counselor are on-site to provide the following services:
• School and sports physicals
• Minor injuries and illness care
• Vaccinations
• Behavioral healthcare
• Substance abuse counseling
