PTHS Parents of Juniors: We have the opportunity to take our juniors off-campus for a full day of ACT Prep on Friday, February 24 at the Murray State Paducah Campus. This will be a great help as we prepare the Spring ACT test that will be given to all juniors on March 7. We appreciate the support of the West Kentucky Educational Cooperative (WKEC), which is providing the off-campus location and lunch for all our juniors and live instructors.
PTHS Boys and Girls basketball will play St. Mary in the District 2 tournament at McCracken County tonight. Girls play at 6:00 PM followed by the boys game at 7:30 PM. Good luck to both teams as they begin post season play!

Paducah Tilghman High School is accepting nominations for the PTHS Hall of Fame. This honor is bestowed on Lincoln High School/ Augusta Tilghman High School/Paducah Tilghman High School graduates to recognize outstanding accomplishments and to provide role models for current students. Criteria include excellence in the individual's chosen career, community service, and overall integrity.
The recipient will be recognized at graduation and a portrait with a biography will hang in the Wall of Fame Hallway at Paducah Tilghman. The honor may not be bestowed posthumously. A committee will choose the recipient. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2023.

The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) has declared February 15th as School Resource Officer Appreciation Day.

Paducah Tilghman's Student Equity Advisory Club (SEAC) and African American Leadeship Club (AALC) hosted Mayfield High School students on a fun-filled night of games and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging discussions that promoted unity amongst the schools and collaboration on ideas moving forward. Starting on Thursday we will have ACT prep sessions in English and Math will be available beginning Thursday, February 9 and continuing until March 1. Please see the flyer for more details.
Math sessions will meet in Room 202 on Tuesdays and in room 204 on Thursdays. English sessions will meet in Room 105 on Tuesdays and in room 103 on Thursdays.
If you attend three Math sessions or three English sessions, your name will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
