The Paducah Tilghman chapter of HOSA-Future Health Professionals will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk at McRight Field on Monday, October 30 at 3:00 PM. Suggested donation is $5.00. See you there in pink!

In the spirit of the season, Ms. Harmon's Patient Care Technician classes decorated pumpkins as different diseases and illnesses and made it a competition this week. The pumpkins were on display by the Health Science lab. After the votes were tallied, "Schizophrenia" came in first, "Cyclical Vomiting" came in second, and "Gingivitus" came in third. Good work, Patient Care Tech classes!

The PTHS Choral Department presents "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" November 17 and 18 at 7:00 PM with a Sunday matinee on November 19 at 2:30 PM at the PTHS Auditorium.

Paducah Tilghman Boys Cross Country won the team trophy at the Eagle Classic 2023 held at Graves County High School on October 14. The team averaged 17:34.93 over the 5K course.
The Boys team was led by senior Liam Black, who finished in 16:25.52, a personal record. Senior Corban Willams recorded at top-ten finish at 8th with a time of 17:30.21. Scoring was rounded out by a trio of runners: Sophomore Aiden Forthman was 12th, freshman Jude Crawford was 13th, and 8th grader Charlie Wolfrom was 15th. Eighth grader Kolton Houser finished in the top 20 at 19th. Sophomore Jude Williams finished in the top half of the field at 43rd.
Tornado Cross Country will compete next at the Regional Cross Country championship on October 21 at Yellow Creek Park in Owensboro.

National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) representative Spencer Adams presented the NWCA Boys Wrestling Coach of the Year award to Paducah Tilghman wrestling head coach Seth Livingston . Congratulations to Coach Livingston and congratulations to his staff, who were awarded the Assistant Coaching Staff of the Year.
