Tanner Reed has been named Boys Soccer coach for Paducah Tilghman High School.
Reed comes to PTHS from Caldwell County, here he coached boys soccer for six seasons and helped lead the team to the first regional championship appearance in school history.
Reed is a familiar face in Region One soccer. He was a defender on Marshall County High School’s regional championship teams in 2009 and 2010. After playing two years of soccer at Mid-Continent University and two years at Campbellsville University, he returned to Marshall County and served as an assistant coach for two years with the girls soccer team.
"Paducah Tilghman High School would like to welcome Tanner Reed as our new Boys Soccer Coach,” said PTHS Athletic Director Jay Burgett. “Tanner comes to us after six years as the head coach of the Caldwell County boys soccer program. We are excited for the energy and enthusiasm that he will bring to our soccer program."
