Rotary SOM

Paducah Tilghman seniors Whitson McNeill and Addie Winklepleck are Paducah Rotary Club Students of the Month for January. The Rotary Club of Paducah invites seniors from area high schools to the club's weekly meetings.  Students are selected monthly and attend each Rotary Club meetings during that month.

Whitson is president of the PTHS Interact Club, vice-president Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and secretary of the PTHS chapter of the National Honor Society. Whitson serves as captain of the Boys Tennis team and co-captain of the Boys Golf team. He is a Region 1 Boys Singles tennis champion. He is a 2A regional golf champion. He is a Junior Duke of Paducah, an Eagle Scout, and a graduate of Paducah Chamber Youth LEAD Class 13. Whitson plans to attend a four year university after graduation. His parents are Chris and Melanie McNeill.

Addie has been first chair cello in the PTHS String Orchestra for four years. She is a member of Beta Club, National Honor Society, and PTHS Student Ambassadors. Addie has been recognized as an Advanced Placement Test (AP) Scholar. She has played varsity tennis for six years. Addie plans to attend Murray State University with plans to become a business attorney or an accountant. Her parents are Melissa and Kevin Winklepleck.
