Cassidy Minter and Erica Wurth are PTHS Rotary Students of the month for September 2024. The Rotary Club of Paducah invites seniors from area high schools to the club's weekly meetings. Students are selected monthly and attend each Rotary Club meetings during that month.
Cassidy is a member of the National Honors Society and PTHS Pageturners. She participated in Upward Bound Math and Science. She has received the Paxton Scholars Award and the Berea College Honors Award. She plans to pursue a nursing major at Murray State University. Her parents are Traci Thomasson and Kearee Minter.
Erica is a captain and six year member of the PTHS womens soccer team. She was named an AP Scholar with Honor. She was selected as Outstanding Student of Paducah Chamber Youth LEAD Class 13. She is co-president of FBLA and president of the PTHS National Honor Society. She plans to attend the University of Tennessee and pursue studies in psychology. Her parents are Matthew and Renee Wurth.
