Do you have kids that need sports physicals for the upcoming school year?
In preparation for the 2024-25 school year, Baptist Health Urgent Cares and many Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care practices are offering sports physicals for your child for $35. This offer is valid May 1 to August 31. Physicals will be billed to insurance.

FRYSC AmeriCorps is seeking a literacy tutor to work with students at McNabb Elementary. FRYSC Corps members serve in schools helping students build reading skills and support basic needs through the Family Resource and Youth Services Center.

Parents of rising sixth graders: Calling ALL RISING 6th Graders coming to PMS for the ‘24-‘25 school year! Band & Choir sign ups are MONDAY, MAY 20th from 4-7pm. Students who want to be in the Paducah Middle Band Program &/or the Paducah Middle Choir Program need to park in the back of Paducah Middle and follow the signs to the back band room doors. It is a “free-flowing” sign up— come any time between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. and depending on how many people are in front of you, it could take 10-20 minutes. A parent/guardian must accompany the incoming 6th grader. The 6th grader must be present to sign up. If you cannot attend Monday, please contact Ms. Williams lindsey.williams@paducah.kyschools.us or Ms. Veal at samantha.veal@paducah.kyschools.us before Monday. Thank you! Hope to see you there!

Paducah Public Schools will dismiss early today due to inclement weather. Dismissal Schedule: PTHS, Choices and Paducah Middle: 11:30 a.m. Clark and Morgan: 12:15 p.m. McNabb and Head Start: 1:00 p.m. There will be no afternoon Head Start. All after school activities are canceled. This will insure that all our students and staff are safely home by 2:00 p.m.
